We have invested heavily in our infrastructure network meaning it is robust and reliable. We're confident in the service we offer so should for any reason you experience more than 0.1% downtime on a yearly basis you will be compensated.
We know how important it is to be able to contact someone 24 hours a day so we have a dedicated team of engineers ready to respond to any issues on the network 24 hours a day. Telephone support is available from 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. Out of hours our engineers are available via our support ticket system. If you do call out of hours and leave a voicemail, it will automatically create a ticket and one of our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
All our hosting packages and servers come with a friendly user interface making managing your hosting easy, even without prior knowledge. We can install either cPanel or Plesk.
As standard, all hosting packages and all servers come with free remote backups. Our backup service is provided by R1Soft, an external and independent company who are one of the industry leaders in providing backup facilities. We can issue you with a direct login to the R1Soft control panel so you can manage your own data and take your own backups.
